So what do I do?
I am a Professor of Business Law at the Craig School of Business, California State University Fresno and a=the former Director of the Center for the Scholarly Advancement of Learning and Teaching (CSALT) and a Verna
Mae and Wayne D. Brooks endowed professorship holder. I earned my J.D. at New York University School of Law and my undergraduate degree in Sociology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. 
I teach online courses and as such have been involved with using technology and teaching it to others. I teach the introductory business law course for undergraduate business majors and sports marketing law for sports marketing majors. I teach in the MBA and Executive MBA programs. I’ve taught courses in human resources law and ethics for a variety of local businesses. My passions are learning (I’m a life-long student) and enjoying time with family and friends.
